Ingredientes para 4 personas):
- 500g fideos de cristal
- 200g Sugar Snaps (peas, snow peas)
- 1x ají rojo
- 2x dientes de ajo
- 1 vol. Cilantro
- 400g sliced turkey
- 6 cucharadas salsa de soya
- 1 teaspoon each of light sesame and black sesame
Preparación:
Fry the turkey in the wok. Halve the chili and remove the core, cut it into small pieces and add it to the turkey along with the peeled and pressed garlic. Cut approx. 0.5cm off the sugar snaps on both sides and add them to the wok. Put the glass noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them and let them steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add to the wok. Deglaze with soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve on a deep plate. Finely chop the coriander and sprinkle over it. Briefly roast the sesame seeds in a pan/wok, sprinkle them over the dish to finish it off and enjoy it.
